Giving Something Up To Get So Much More

Late this afternoon when my son shared this video with me, it motivated me so much that despite having an evening appt., I grabbed my dog and took him on a one hour walk.

Back in 2005, Matt Hoover became the 2nd season winner on the TV show “Biggest Loser”. He lost 157 pounds in nine months to win that title.

After he left that show, he gained back some of the weight he had lost, however, he says that being on the “Biggest Loser” turned him into an athlete.

This video shows that whatever your goal is, more than likely it will take sacrifice. Something will have to be given up for the sake of something else.

I hope that watching “Ironman” Matt, (who once weighed in at 339 pounds), accomplish this feat will inspire you to continue to strive for your own goals… with gusto!
