He Is Risen

This weekend our Holy Week culminates with the holiest of days!

Jesus lived His entire life in fulfillment of scripture and through Him we have an eternal hope.

He came to teach us not only how to live in peace with others but with ourselves as well.

His greatest message is to love:

Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ 38 This is the first and greatest commandment. 39 And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ Matthew 22: 37-39

What amazing love, how can it be
That my God should die for me!

  2. Larry Peplinski says:

Thanks once more for the videos. Yesterday in the video, I insight the importance of the Holy Thursday. How Christ showed His great love for humanity by becoming servant & washing the feet of His apostles. How He instituted the sacramental form of His sacrifice. The Eucharist perpetuates what Christ accomplished by His dying for us on the cross. In fact our world can not survive without Eucharist. Those who eat Jesus’ body & drink His blood, share effectively in Christ’s unique offering. This sacramental action is available to us because of the ministry of priests. On Holy Thursday, Christ ordained the apostles His first priests. From that moment on,all the Catholic priests owe their priesthood to what happened on Holy Thursday. They are ordained to sacrifice. We are the privileged beneficiaries of their indispensable ministry. Thanks Heavenly Father for Your son to institute the Blessed Eucharist for our salvation & for ordaining priests for our well-being. We pray for Your provision & protection for them. Today I insight the sufferings Jesus endured before His crucifixion on the cross for our love. May He be exalted in glory forever & ever. Amen. God bless you all.

Through Jesus we can understand the love our Heavenly Father has for mankind. A love so great that He wants to spend eternity with each of us. A compassion so great that He will search for all the lost sheep until He finds them and brings them back to safe pastures.

Thank you Father. Thank you Jesus. And thank you to all those who follow His example.

The song for this video is beautiful. I not only cried because of the pain and suffering that Jesus went through for all of us, but also because of the words in the song. I asked myself if “I WOULD TAKE THE PLACE OF THIS MAN,” and instead of answering myself due to fear I would say No, I instead thought of how Jesus is the most compassionate person ever to be born. His compassion for all of us cost him so much pain and suffering.

If anyone knows the name of this song and the singer who performed it, please let me know, as I would like to purchase it.

  7. tony says:

just beautiful, then anything written & or sung about our “GOD”is just beautiful.there is no doubt in my mind we have an “Awesome God”.there is not enough hours in the day & or days in the week to give him “Thanks”for what he has done for us,”Amen”

  8. Suren says:

  9. To me,no one can take the place of this Man…I can feel HIS pain and suffering because of us. I cried looking at our Blessed Mother watching His son carrying the cross and nailed to the cross!

  10. maggie mcclendon says:

It’s hard to watch the video and read the text with all the advertisements popping up..

  11. Olive Pereira says:

Dear Maggie Mcclendon, you should watch this on FULLSCREEN and then there arent any ads and better , fuller pictures & louder music.
And No, I dont think I have the courage to take place of This Man but yes, I can definitely try and see that I dont put any more nails in his Hand. This is Love beyond human comprehension which my Lord has for me, who am aa grain of sand on the ocean floor. Thank yo9u Jesus, Praise you Jesus.

  12. augustine gayle says:

  13. Joe Xavier says:

I am so fortunate to have my Jesus as My Saviour. I love him for his unconditional love for me. As St.Paul says in Ephisians, He loved me and He died for me. I do experience His Loving presence daily in my ministry. He is alive more than ever, and He is the only reason why I am so happy and inspire to inspire many in His name.

  14. Jun Adviento says:

God gave it all to us, even the life of his Son just to save us and to bring us all back to Him who will accept Jesus . What can I give God to repay Him? Nothing merits except that never ending sense of gratitude of what He had done for me. This video will always reminds me of an alive and ever loving God.

  17. Rae says:

How could anyone watch this video and not be broken-hearted by His suffering. I wish it could be shown on mainstream television so everyone could be enlightened about His existence. Although I am a Catholic and know about Jesus and His life this video made me sob and reminded me of the anguish His dear mother and close followers must have experienced. Thank you Jesus for changing the face of the world – we must keep on trying to live as He would want us to live so His death would not have been in vain. Hallelujah
