What are “your” odds?

Life! To truly succeed in life we must learn to overcome failure.

The ability to bounce back after a fall/defeat/letdown is the greatest feeling in the world! That is what true success is all about.

Having God as your partner can be your greatest asset.

Proverbs 16:3 states: – Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and your plans will succeed.

We hope you will add your own story in our comment section so you can inspire others.

Gr8 testimonies shows that God has chosen us even before we were formed in our mother’s womb has a perfect plan for us ……..
There are times when we feel like giving up
But remember that GOD is teaching us to trust in HIS timing.
    Don’t be in a hurry.
    Don’t be impatient
Don’t try to force doors to open.
Don’t try to make things happen in your strength.
Let God do it His way.
He has a time table for all our heart’s desires.
God’s ways are slow but sure.
Thanks for compiling such stuff GOD BLESS.

I was told by my school counselor that it would be best for me to attend a trade school. He said I would never make it through a four year college. Well as the story goes, I graduated from collge in less than 4 years, received my Master’s degree from a prestigious university in NYC, and later I became Certified Orientation and Mobility Specialist. I love what I do and am enjoying life to the fullest. Thank God.

To know that the good Lord loves us and He has entered into our families lives to watch over us for generations is what makes me gateful. At times in life all we can say is ,Itrust you 100% because man cannot help you& you know that it is out of their realm of possibility. It’s those trying times when you know that you know He showed up in your behalf ,and flooded your soul with His love&kindness. He is love &that is His greatest gift to us,and ours to others.

He reminds me of the Apostle Paul who, no matter how difficult the obstacles, refused to allow the sinful world to slow him down or to stifle his voice. How could he just keep on going no matter what? He had something that is available to all of us. He had seen the face of God in the person of Jesus, and had the love of God For him and within him. Therefore, to Paul, all the problems of humanity were, for him, simply disguised opportunities. He summed it up this way: “For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain [to win]” (Philippians 1:21) At the end of his life, He said: “I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith; Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day, and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.” [2Timothy 4:7-8]After speaking these words, Paul was taken outside the city of Rome and for multitudes to see, his head was severed from his body. The worst the sinful world could do was kill him, and it did. But beyond the grave the world cannot
to. At Christ’s coming, Paul will get a new, glorified body, and he will again rise up, keep going,
and walk into eternity with our Lord and Savior Jesus
Christ. Yes, the problems of this life are carefully disguised opportunities, and Paul made the best use of them for our God. So let us all press on and become
a conqueror. So how about a triumphant smile to keep
    you going? :)

Almost every elementary school report card for me carries these comments in one form or another: “Frankie needs to learn to be quiet.” Frankie talks too much.”
Guess what–Franklin’s income for the last 50 years has been as “talker”: teacher, seminar presenter, company field rep. etc.” Why did not the teachers recognize innate gifts and train rather than punish.

Yes. People reach the TOP and go down afterwards. A perfect way to exhibit God’s control over all things. HE allows falls & defeats to win back peoples’ hearts…their SOULS!
