Blessed Are Those…

I picked this song called Blessed to share with you.
Blessed makes each and every one of us realize how blessed we are to have our own unique qualities. All of us have understanding, patience, kindness, love, truth and integrity. Let us express these so that Christ could live them out through us.
Listen how uplifting and inspiring it is!
Blessed are those who dwell in Your house
They are ever praising You
Blessed are those whose strength is in You
Whose hearts are set on our God

We will go from strength to strength
Until we see You face to face

Hear our prayer
Oh Lord, God almighty
Come bless our land
As we seek You
Worship You

For You are holy
For You are holy
For You are holy, Lord

An Easy Way To Brighten Your Day

This is a very creative animation that is re-mindful of the Good Samaritan in Luke 10:25.

It reminds us too that an excellent way to brighten your own day is to brighten the day for someone else.

Recently, I read an idea recommending that we do something nice “each day” for somebody anonymously.

There are actually great health benefits!

When we do something nice for someone, chemicals such as dopamine (which gives a feeling of well being) and feniletilamin (which increases excitement) are released in our bodies. Also, when we do a kindness for someone anonymously, we don’t run the risk of feeling unappreciated and therefore the chemical serotonin is released which creates a sense of emotional stability.

And if you are found out – the excitement your kindness will generate will bring more bonding to the relationship.

It’s really not that hard to do something kind for someone, sometimes all it takes is just picking up the phone and saying “Hello” or maybe just patting your pup on his head :) !

Bring A Smile To “His” Face With Everything You Do

If you have ever experienced a mundane day that felt like “no one cares” then this awesome song: “Do Everything” is for you!

Steven Curtis Chapman says perfectly how we should look at life and approach each day.

Chapman started off his young adulthood with the intention of becoming a doctor! After just a couple of semester in pre-med school he transferred to Anderson College in Indiana and shortly after that he pursued his calling and went to Nashville to pursue a career in music.

Just this year he received an honorary Doctorate Of Music degree from Anderson College. This esteemed honor followed his 20 comtemporary Christian albums, his five Grammy awards and 56 (!!!) Gospel Music “Dove” Awards.

We are so blessed that Steven Curtis Chapman pursued the desire of his heart.  He is a true inspiration and continues to give hope and inspire others through his music.
